Yes, return costs are covered by BunBun'S in mainland France, once only on your first order.
As a small family business, we will be obliged to charge you €3.50 for future returns via Mondial Relay.
Q: Can I return a gift?
Yes, with the order number (or the name/first name of the person who ordered). The refund will be issued in the form of a credit note.
